The calculator is designed to process the hourly rate, hours, filing status and deduction fields in client-side code rather than submit those values to an HourlyPaycheck account or profile. The site currently has no account, login or saved-pay feature.

This description covers the HourlyPaycheck application as reviewed on the date below. It does not describe software outside the site's control, such as browser extensions, device software or a network provider.

The site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-WB10LEB34H), which sets cookies to distinguish visits and sends page views and basic device information to Google. It is used only to understand which pages are read. The site does not include session recording or advertising scripts. Google describes its processing at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can block the cookies in your browser without affecting the calculator.

Hosting or browser technology may still use technical storage or process request information outside the calculator itself. If the site's own tracking practices change, this page is intended to be updated.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Its infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as the requested page, time, browser user-agent string and IP address under the provider's own practices and retention rules.

The current build serves its fonts from the site's own domain rather than intentionally requesting them from a separate font network. That reduces one external request but is not a guarantee about every service involved in delivering a page.

A message sent to hello@hourlypaycheck.com is different from using the calculator: the email and any personal information included in it may be retained as needed to review and answer the message. Avoid sending a full payslip or other sensitive identifiers unless they are necessary.

HourlyPaycheck does not currently offer reader accounts or saved profiles. Ordinary hosting logs may nevertheless contain request data, and their handling can depend on the hosting provider and applicable law.

This site is written for people estimating pay and is not directed at children. The calculator does not intentionally ask for a name, date of birth or account registration.
